We are warm, collaborative and ambitious and want the best for our staff. At Intrinsic, we empower team members through:

World class professional development.

We are very focused on the success of teachers, and support new teachers through mentoring, coaching and work alongside experienced teachers. We have a weekly early release day for staff collaboration, and support teachers to attend outside professional development. We seek ongoing feedback from staff about items big and small.

Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Diversity is one of Intrinsic’s biggest and most celebrated assets, and our whole-community approach starts with staff. We support all differences in personal identities and work experiences, and rely on all voices and ongoing reflection to ensure all adults are able to bring their whole selves to work.

Competitive salaries.

“I love Intrinsic! Our freshmen learn key content knowledge about evolution, climate change and the human body, but they also learn cognitive skills that help them with writing and critical thinking across subjects.”
